We want you to feel confident trying Argos Terminal. This policy explains how our free trial, cancellations, and refunds work.
All new subscribers receive a 5-day free trial with full access to every feature on the Platform. A valid payment method is required to start the trial, but you will not be charged during the trial period.
If you cancel at any time during the 5-day trial, your subscription will be cancelled immediately and no charge will be made to your payment method. You will retain access to the Platform until the end of the trial period.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan (Standard or Pro, billed monthly, quarterly, or annually) will activate automatically and your payment method will be charged the applicable amount:
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings within the Platform, or by contacting us at support@argosterminal.ai.
When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged again after that date. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period.
Monthly plans: Because of the short billing cycle and the 5-day free trial, monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable after the billing date. However, we consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
Quarterly and annual plans: If you are dissatisfied with the Platform after your trial has ended, you may request a refund within 7 days of your first paid billing date by contacting support@argosterminal.ai. Refund requests made after this 7-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
Renewal charges: If you forget to cancel before a renewal and contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge, we will process a full refund for that renewal period.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, but refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
After your subscription ends, your account data (watchlists, portfolio, settings) is retained for 90 days. If you resubscribe within that window, your data will be restored. After 90 days, your data may be permanently deleted.
