Argos Terminal is a market data, analytics, and AI-powered analysis platform designed for informational and educational purposes. The Platform provides live market data, options flow, institutional tracking, charting, screening, portfolio tracking, and AI analysis for US financial markets.
Argos Terminal is not a broker, investment advisor, or financial institution. We do not execute trades, hold funds, or provide personalized investment advice. All Argos AI content is analytical commentary, not advice, and may contain errors or inaccuracies. See our Investment Disclaimer for full details.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@argosterminal.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures.
The Platform offers paid subscription plans billed in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Available plans are Standard and Pro, each with monthly, quarterly, and annual billing cycles at the rates displayed on the pricing page at the time of subscription.
Free trial: New subscribers receive a 5-day free trial with full access to all Platform features. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your selected plan will activate automatically and your payment method will be charged.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly, quarterly, or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged at the then-current rate for your plan.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until that date.
Price changes: We may change subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

All content, design, code, branding, and the Argos Terminal name and mark are owned by Ibtikarat for Information Technology or its licensors. Market data is provided under license from third-party data providers and is subject to their terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without permission.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data or analysis will be accurate, complete, or timely.
Market data and AI content may contain errors. You acknowledge that trading securities and options involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and should consult qualified financial professionals before making trades.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ibtikarat for Information Technology and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading losses arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ibtikarat for Information Technology from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
